Karekare

Players lead competing iwi who arrive in Aotearoa and explore an archipelago by placing new land tiles to expand the map. Tiles trigger reactions with adjacent terrain that generate resources, allow placement of control tokens, and enable special actions for settlement and development. Players spend resources to grow their iwi, secure territory, and accumulate mana (honor) across three eras; the game ends after the third era and the player with the most mana wins.
