Lair of Swords & Sorcery OSR Conversion

A conversion booklet for running the World of Kartharka with Original Roleplaying Rules and other OSR systems. It presents a harsher setting where combat is brutal, treasure is scarce, magic is rare, chaos prevails, and demihumans are feared. Wizards and clerics use spell points, while fighters and thieves can take the sorcerer class to summon and command spirits. Higher spell levels require character advancement and special amulets, and most magic items are replaced by ordinary steel. The booklet also includes quick monster-conversion guidelines and updated templates for story flow, backgrounds, lairs, details, and mapping. Requires the Lair of Sword & Sorcery rules and an OSR system.
