Lair of the Wrathmaster (ICONS)

A group of teenage villains raids the abandoned base of a retired supervillain, searching for super-science weapons. Heroes must stop them before the weapons are unleashed and a reign of terror begins. This short scenario is designed for a quick session or as a set-piece within a longer adventure. It is set in Stark City but can be adapted to other settings with little modification.
