Set in 1920s Atlantic City, this case centers on Carmine Monacelli, who is accused of conspiracy to violate the National Prohibition Act through bootlegging, murder, gambling, and other criminal activities. The expansion introduces a Dossier deck. As players win witnesses, they reveal or discard cards from the deck. The prosecution seeks evidence of Carmine’s Mafia connections, while the defense adds criminal activity cards such as Jury Tampering and Swim with the Fishes to disrupt the case.
