Lockdown
A sourcebook for Mutants & Masterminds, Second Edition, detailing Buckner Ridge Superhuman Penitentiary, a privately operated prison for super-powered criminals. It describes the facility’s four levels, layout, operations, staff, super-powered guards, inmates, and factions, along with the nearby town and its dependence on the prison. The book includes adventure ideas for using the penitentiary as a campaign setting, background location, or game centered on incarcerated characters, plus a conspiracy that threatens the prison and the wider world.
