A Shadowrun, Fifth Edition plot sourcebook set amid a spreading cognitive fragmentation disorder in Boston. Strange voices cause people to lose their identities, while panic, violence, and corporate interests destabilize the northeastern sprawl. The book provides plot hooks, setting details, character information, and game mechanics for portraying sufferers of the disorder. It supports campaigns involving shadowrunners who take jobs in the chaos and struggle to escape the quarantined city.
