It provides descriptions of dozens of mutant, revived, and machine-based species for use as monsters or player characters in d20 games. The book also includes rules for creating new mutations, extinct species, and electronic characters, along with guidelines for designing unusual challenges and investigating technological mysteries. Use requires the d20 Modern Roleplaying Game or the Dungeons & Dragons Player’s Handbook (v.3.5).
