Two standalone, customizable scenarios pit two former allies against each other amid a political split over superhero registration. Each scenario centers on a different heroic leader and presents modular encounter sets—four themed toward registration and four toward resistance—that can be mixed with other Civil War content for varied challenge and replayability.
