A gang war erupts in the Projects while an influenza epidemic spreads across New Centennial City. At the same time, a man disappears, and no one seems willing to help find him. Drawn into the investigation, the players uncover a web of lies, deceit, and confusion. Working alongside new underground empathic cells, they investigate the forces operating behind the city's everyday facade and try to uncover the truth.
