Mind MGMT: Penny and Arjet Promo Card

A two-sided promo card assigned at setup by tossing it and giving it to the side shown face up. On the Science side, the active Rogue Agent chooses the row or column containing them. The Recruiter states the actual number of locations visited in that row or column, then takes the card and flips it to the Magic side. On the Magic side, the Recruiter removes one Step token from the board, after which the Rogue Agents take the card and flip it back to Science.
