Mind over Matter: A New Take on Old-School Psionics

This OSR supplement presents two alternative systems for handling psionics. The first adapts classic rules by replacing power points with activation rolls, which can be improved by spending ability score points. The second draws on martial maneuver systems inspired by Tome of Battle: Book of Nine Swords. The book includes a dozen psionic classes, updated and new monsters, rules for creating psionic items, and additional material for incorporating these systems into an OSR campaign.
