A supplement for superhero roleplaying sessions, this collection introduces 12 supervillains for heroes to confront, outwit, and overcome. The villains include a size-changing criminal inspired by Robin Hood, a mercenary who creates hard-light illusions, a betrayed teleporting secret agent seeking vengeance, and an evil fire djinn determined to bring the world to its knees.
