Modern Mayhem

This full-length urban adventure for Modern20 follows criminal player characters through a campaign from 1st to 10th level. The scenarios adapt to the group’s approach, allowing stealthy play with limited conflict or escalating into shootouts and heavier violence. The campaign offers three possible endings based on the characters’ actions. The book also includes new occupations, perks, and mechanics such as a Heat Meter for tracking law-enforcement attention.
