Monster Maker
An optional design toolkit for creating monsters in 4E. It replaces the inconsistent “N + Level” approach with guidelines for developing more reliable statistics and better-balanced encounters. Game Masters use the rules to build foes that hit, defend, and challenge characters more consistently, helping combat move at a faster pace.
