Mutant Madness!

This supplement converts nearly 100 post-apocalyptic mutant powers to the HERO System Sixth Edition. The powers are organized into Offensive, Mental, Defensive, Movement, Sensory, Miscellaneous, and Disadvantageous categories, with guidance for determining which mutations characters possess. It provides material for creating and running mutant characters in post-apocalyptic campaigns.
