Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Transport Hub

A single, shared module tile that is placed on the board at game setup (not on edge hexes or the map center) and is treated as belonging to every army simultaneously. It cannot be moved, targeted by most effects, pushed, netted, taken over, or damaged by normal means; if destroyed it is removed from play. Units that are connected to the tile gain an extra movement and/or rotation identical to the Mobility ability and may use that extra move even if it ends with them no longer adjacent to the tile. The tile itself never takes actions and cannot be moved.
