Noron's Way

An ancient and dangerous road crosses the foothills of the Sorkin Mountains and the marshes of the Anoth Delta, connecting Gardiren in Kaldor with a ferry landing near Lorkin in Orbaal. Travelers face muddy trails, disease, barbarians, gargun, unpredictable tolls, and long stretches without seeing another person. The route is used by traders and Ilviran pilgrims traveling to the ruined site of their faith’s first temple. The guide details the history and current condition of each section, along with notable encounters and locations such as the ominous Barsothe Falls, Noron’s Keep, and Gilfwydd’s Landing.
