Issue 39 of Populated Hexes Monthly explores the southern end of the frigid Marmondfjord and the city of Tyeld. The city is known for its seemingly inexhaustible diamond mines and the College of Shadows, where students learn the Way of the Duskblade, a combat-oriented discipline that draws power from the Shadowlands at the risk of corruption.
