Obsidious

An occult villain of uncertain origin, this Power Level 16 threat confronts heroes with manifestations of their own dark sides. His mystic Black Mirror grants powers beyond ordinary measure, allowing him to create physical dark reflections and manipulate encounters around them. Designed for the Beacon City universe, the character can also be introduced into other campaigns with minimal changes. Heroes face the villain’s schemes while battling distorted versions of themselves.
