Omnilibertas: The City of Freedom
A fantasy city setting centered on a capital whose citizens value personal freedom and express it through vibrant public displays. Gray stone walls and austere architecture contrast with lively streets that serve as stages for individual grandeur. Beneath the city’s indomitable spirit, corruption spreads, suggesting that the freedoms its people cherish may carry a heavy cost. Designed as a backdrop for any fantasy roleplaying system.
