Operation CD Kingfisher-3

A CIA-encrypted laptop containing control codes for the United States' unmanned aerial drones is lost at a conference in Dubai and acquired by corrupt employees of private espionage contractor Informational Dynamics. Players become involved in the effort to prevent the laptop from being decrypted and used to turn the nation's UAV forces against it.
