Ossuary Empire
In a world of shifting sands and sprawling cities, the gods have fallen, leaving their bones as sources of magic and powerful weapons. Survivors rebuild after a devastating war while thieves steal divine relics from crowded bazaars and assassins strike from the rooftops. Beyond the cities, prophets in the desert sense an approaching change.
