This role-playing game takes place in a strange psychiatric hospital where abducted patients are held by sinister wardens. The vast complex appears to function like an ordinary institution, but its authoritarian staff and oppressive routines are designed to deepen the surrounding madness. Players portray patients trying to survive day by day while questioning their memories, perceptions, and sanity. Reality and hallucination constantly overlap, and the truth of one moment may not match the next.
