Parnan Castle

Parnan is the capital of Kom, a northern province of the Thardic Republic, and a major trade hub, military headquarters, and center of the Ilviran faith. With the magistrate’s office vacant, rival clans support competing candidates and work to influence the Senate’s decision. This setting supplement details the settlement’s history, government, religion, economy, and military forces. It includes player and Game Master maps, descriptions of local craftsmen and other locations, and floor plans for Caer Parnan, headquarters of the Kom Legion, and Parnan Palace.
