During a journey through the Old West, a member of the posse falls seriously ill with unknown symptoms. The group must bring the sick traveler to Greentown, where the local doctor cannot identify or treat the condition. An itinerant healer named Lukela offers a miraculous potion, while the doctor arranges an overnight stay for the patient and lodging for the rest of the group. The scenario can instead introduce an ailing stranger found along the road.
