Permafrost (ICONS)

A laboratory accident transforms a mild-mannered scientist into a super-powered wielder of cold, while also distorting his mind and driving him to pursue further experiments. This enemy character pack provides a detailed villainous threat for ICONS Assembled games, suitable for a one-shot or an ongoing campaign.
