Petrichor: Cactus Promo Tile

A cactus plant that can be rained on in Petrichor. It develops with at least 2 drops, but becomes overwatered at 4 or more drops and scores fewer points for the two players with the most drops on it. The special growing token tracks when it has been overwatered.
