Pirate Fluxx

Players take turns drawing and playing cards while the rules and win conditions change constantly. The pirate theme adds Keeper cards like Booty and Ships, special items such as the Captain’s Hat, and hazard cards like Scurvy and Shackles that can block winning conditions. Goal cards determine how a player wins and can be replaced; action cards let players steal keepers, change rules (including draw/play counts), or disrupt opponents. New Surprise cards can be played out of turn to cancel actions or steal keepers and add sudden twists to play.
