Player's Guide to Emerald City
Emerald City is a Pacific Northwest metropolis on the Earth-Prime setting of Mutants & Masterminds. Once a quiet and stable city, it is transformed by the Silver Storm, which grants new superpowers and unleashes new threats. This player guide details the city’s history, geography, culture, and major setting elements, including the Silver Storm and the Cryptid Clans. It also explains how to place player-created heroes in Emerald City and includes the Sentinels, a ready-to-play group of heroes, with Hero Lab data files.
