Pool of Radiance Resurgent
Vorgansharax rules Phlan through the Cult of the Dragon, using the beleaguered town to pursue greater power. The green dragon seeks to reactivate the Pool of Radiance and rise to prominence among his kind. This adventure continues the events of DDEX1-10 Tyranny in Phlan and forms the second part of Under Emerald Claws, for characters of 5th–10th level.
