President Dunkelzahn, a powerful great dragon, is assassinated on inauguration night in 2057, leaving behind a Last Will and Testament that reshapes the political, business, and shadow worlds. Its more than 200 bequests reveal hidden secrets, distribute strange and valuable assets, and create consequences that reach from ordinary citizens to corporate executives. Gamemasters can use these revelations and inheritances as foundations for adventures and campaigns.
