Power Vacuum

Manipulate power levels and outmaneuver rival ministers in a trick-taking game of shifting control. Win tricks with the highest card of the led suit, while the lowest card played in any suit controls the board and can transfer or reduce power. Fulfill hidden agendas by engineering which players hold the most or least power, then exchange points for statue pieces. A fifth suit of Spies can trump the trump suit, making timing and carefully chosen losses as important as winning tricks.
