This sourcebook introduces Project Alpha, an elite team of government-created superhumans formed to combat superhuman criminals and terrorist organizations. It presents six playable heroes: Anony-Miss, an intelligence operative with a holographic cloaking suit; Brainstorm, a biochemist with enhanced mental abilities; Jack of Spades, a physicist who accelerates matter; Mystico, an immortal sorcerer from Ancient Egypt; Polar, a soldier with arctic-based powers; and Cyber-Ninja, a soldier bonded with experimental mind-over-matter armor.
