Project Watchtower: A Psi-Watch Campaign Sourcebook

This sourcebook details Project Watchtower, a secret government program created to control and exterminate America’s Mutant population. It traces the development of the Watchman mecha, their use by government agencies and private interests, and the spread of their technology to militaries, terrorists, and anti-Mutant groups. The sixteen-page supplement provides Watchtower mecha units, rules for mecha to gain sentience, Bio-Guardians, and an alternate timeline introducing Grendel Generation technology for the Psi-Watch campaign setting.
