A dark-fantasy setting centered on a city of shadows, where drifting ruins and paths through the Storm connect worlds that were never meant to meet. The setting provides a home for the perytons and explores the remnants of a lost land swallowed by a hole in space and time. Designed for the True20 system, it includes new creatures, treasures, alchemy rules, and procedures for traversing the Storm. The material can also be adapted for other OGL-based campaigns.
