A setting conversion for Mutants & Masterminds 3e and Untold, this supplement explores the Apoc High-bred, genetically engineered humans who maintain the last remnants of civilization on a shattered, post-apocalyptic Earth. It includes a High-bred character template, setting information on society, nations, relations, adventuring, and skills, plus ten new powers, six martial arts powers, and rules for nine weapons and equipment.
