A short, two-player strategic contest of naval operations during the American Civil War, covering actions at sea and on major rivers. Players command opposing naval forces and use decks of cards to drive operations, move ships, conduct combat with dice, and contest control of ports and waterways. The game emphasizes reactive play and shifting strategies as card draws and optional elective rules introduce variability and ‘‘what if’’ scenarios.
