A system-neutral collection of ten randomly generated magical items for fantasy and medieval games, with some concepts adaptable to modern, science-fiction, or horror settings. Each entry presents an item through six aspects, covering its concept, properties, activation, and other details that can be adjusted to suit a particular game or story. Items include surgical scissors that clean wounds, a gem that enables teleportation, a flag that influences opinions, a throne with a hidden guardian, a prankster's ladder, a shape-changing gauntlet, and a spear that never misses.
