Rising of the Storm

A Fate Core setting about Klart, a kingdom governed by myth and tradition as civil unrest spreads and strange powers awaken. Players take on roles such as members of a noble House, criminals and runaway slaves, or spies and agents, navigating royal politics, dangerous alleys, and creatures that should not exist. The setting details Klart’s geography, culture, and politics, along with the myths that shape reality. It introduces the Arts, mythic magic, Wounds born from pain and madness, monsters, and example NPCs.
