River of Blood

The Achelos River has turned red as cinnabar dust from illegal dumping threatens the human and non-human inhabitants of the region. Called back into action by the alchemist Nicolai Molescu, the adventurers must investigate the pollution and stop its source. This wilderness-oriented adventure is designed for 3–5 player characters of levels 3–5, with encounters that make use of survival skills and dwarven abilities. Completing the adventure awards each character approximately 1,500 XP.
