Rogue Companies, Rival Agencies, and Renegade Operations

This setting supplement adds three organizations to a superhero campaign, each featuring an iconic character and requiring little alteration to use outside Beacon City. Sample characters range from PL 5 to PL 10. Vulcan Energy is a powerful corporation pursuing influence through energy production, news, and popular media. Saito Solutions develops advanced rescue technology while contending with stolen versions used by criminals and its connection to the villain Backfire. Little Sister is a loosely organized group of online hacktivists who target supervillains, though their mysterious public figure, Miss Rule, can lead them toward either helpful or harmful actions.
