Scroll of Fallen Races

A character sourcebook for Exalted Second Edition, focusing on the Mountain Folk and Dragon Kings, ancient races whose civilizations declined after the Primordial War and the Usurpation. It provides rules for creating characters from both cultures, including Mountain Folk Charms and Dragon King Paths, along with examples of their distinctive wonders and background on their history.
