Sea Devil

Players encounter Prince Ravas, an ocean-dwelling hero initially mistaken for a villainous menace after appearing in New York City and protesting the threat posed to his underwater home by sinking iron vessels. Once the misunderstanding is resolved, he assists the Allies against the Nazis and later returns from the sea when the Challenger Foundation calls for help.
