Sea Salt & Paper: Extra Pepper

Adds twelve one-round cards that introduce a new condition each round. Each card creates a bonus or penalty that affects scoring for that round. At round end, the active condition card is awarded to either the highest- or lowest-scoring player as indicated, and its effect persists according to the card’s rules.
