It presents the city from the perspective of the restless souls inhabiting its Necropolis, with details on major Haunts, their resident Wraiths, the Giovanni’s activities beyond the Shroud, and the Serenitatem exorcists, an ecclesiastical organization aiding spirits caught in the conflict. Rules for playing a Serenitatem projector agent are also included.
