Seven Cities: Heroes and Villains: Volume One

A collection of ten ready-made heroic and villainous characters for use in a Seven Cities campaign or other settings. The characters can serve as player characters, villains, or supporting NPCs, allowing a campaign to begin without custom character creation. Each is designed for standard PL 10 (150) campaigns and uses only material from Mutants & Masterminds 2nd Edition. Included histories provide background for quick use in the open-ended campaign setting.
