Seven Days to the Grave

A deadly plague spreads through Korvosa, overwhelming the city’s resources and driving its desperate queen to impose harsh measures. Player characters seek allies among the city’s guardians, contain panic, and save survivors while investigating the mastermind behind the unnatural epidemic. This Pathfinder adventure is designed for 4th-level characters and includes articles on disease and pestilence in fantasy settings, the commandments of Abadar, a Pathfinder’s Journal entry, and six new monsters.
