Shadows & Showdowns

This expansion for a modern-noir roleplaying game explores the City, the Mist, and the hidden powers operating behind them. It adds six themebooks, veteran improvements, Relic and Familiar kits, and tools for creating characters from Legendary Archetypes and Noir Tropes. It also provides new locations, locals, hideouts, and information brokers for campaign use, along with profiles of the Avatars who govern the City. Further chapters detail the origins of the Mist and the Gatekeepers, including rules, themebooks, and kits for creating or transforming characters into Gatekeepers.
