A d66 table of ship malfunctions and maintenance problems for science-fiction adventures. Roll to determine which system is failing, from an unresponsive auto-repair system to cargo doors that need a kick or a targeting system that misses at random. Use the results to introduce a new repair task or complication aboard the ship.
