Small World: Leaders of Small World

Leaders join a newly chosen race as additional tokens, but disappear when that race goes into decline. They can occupy only regions that are not immune and may be captured as hostages. If a ransom is not paid, the player holding a leader scores two victory points for it at the end of the game.
